GO Telecom will finance the SAR 86.7 million acquisition entirely from internal resources. Payment terms follow a staged approach:

- Another SAR 23.7 million is due by year-end 2025, contingent on achieving agreed targets.
- A final SAR 23 million will be paid by the end of 2026, subject to additional performance milestones.
GO Telecom expects the financial impact of the acquisition to appear starting in Q3 2024, covering the period ending December 31, 2024.
