Jazan, Saudi Arabia — The Jazan Municipality has completed 23 development projects in Al-Ardah Governorate, totaling SAR 335 million in investment. These projects aim to improve infrastructure, enhance municipal services, and support housing development in the area.
The completed work includes 22 municipal projects valued at SAR 119 million. They cover road paving, bridge construction, cleaning services, and city operations. In addition, a SAR 216 million housing project has provided 506 residential units for low-income families. This aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader social housing initiatives.
Jazan Municipality Al-Ardah Development Boosts Infrastructure and Services
The municipality is also implementing 13 new development projects in Al-Ardah. These projects represent an investment of SAR 132 million. They include:
- 11 municipal projects worth SAR 102 million, targeting flood prevention, road paving, city operations, and the development of Al-Ardah Viewpoint.
- 2 investment projects valued at SAR 20 million, focusing on the creation of Al-Ardah Industrial Zone and a public events center.
