Jazan, Saudi Arabia — The Jazan Municipality has completed 52 development projects in Abu Arish Governorate, with total investments reaching SAR 778 million. These projects aim to improve infrastructure, expand municipal services, and enhance housing in the governorate.

The completed initiatives include 50 municipal projects valued at SAR 340 million. They specialize in road paving, cleaning services, and municipal operations. Additionally, two major housing projects were delivered at a combined cost of SAR 438 million. These projects provided 164 residential units and developed the “Al-Anwar” residential plan, which offers 3,964 land plots along with “Bahja” recreational areas.

The municipality is also working on 23 new development projects in Abu Arish. The combined investment for these initiatives stands at SAR 875 million. They include:

  • 19 municipal projects worth SAR 296 million, covering flood prevention, road paving, cleaning services, and city operations.
  • The next phase of the “Al-Anwar” social housing project will provide 792 housing units for SAR 274 million.
  • Three investment projects totaling SAR 305 million, featuring the Abu Arish Industrial Zone, the “City of Construction” project, and the Lake Dam Resort, along with expanded “Bahja” leisure spaces.

These projects are designed to support economic growth, improve living conditions, and enhance the urban environment for residents.
