Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — The Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025 exhibition, the world’s largest real estate event, returns to Saudi Arabia from November 17 to 20, 2025. The event will be held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Mulham under the theme, “The Future of Urban Living.”

Tahaluf, a partnership between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, the Events Investment Fund, and Informa, organizes the exhibition. It is supported by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the General Real Estate Authority, and the Vision 2030 Housing Program.

Cityscape Global expects over 172,000 visitors. The event will connect real estate developers, investors, architects, policymakers, and tech leaders from around the world. The 2024 edition included participants from 121 countries, with $61 billion in real estate transactions. These results reinforce Saudi Arabia’s position as a global hub for real estate.

Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025 to Advance Vision 2030

The upcoming Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025 will be the largest yet. Over 450 global exhibitors, 500 speakers, four specialized conferences, and two investor networking platforms will participate. The exhibition will showcase smart city technology, major real estate projects, and new investment opportunities.

Minister Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail stated that the event strengthens partnerships and supports Vision 2030 by promoting integrated communities and sustainable development.

Faisal Al-Khamisi, Chairman of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity and co-founder of Tahaluf, emphasized the event’s global influence. The 2024 edition set transaction records and demonstrated Saudi Arabia’s leadership in the real estate sector.

  • The Developer-Architect Platform, connecting urban planners and developers to promote human-centered design
  • The Innovation Platform, with startup showcases, the Cityscape Innovation Challenge, housing insights, and the Future Leaders Hackathon.
  • The Stadium Platform, Saudi Arabia’s first forum for global sports infrastructure and entertainment venue development

Participating countries include the United States, China, India, the United Kingdom, Italy, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan, and others.
