Madinah, Saudi Arabia — Knowledge Economic City (KEC) has signed a SAR 399.32 million development and leasing agreement with Riyadh Schools Holding Company, part of the non-profit Misk Foundation. This KEC Riyadh Schools education project will establish a modern integrated educational complex in Madinah.
KEC disclosed the agreement in a statement to Tadawul Saudi Arabia. The 25-year partnership enables Riyadh Schools Holding to operate a purpose-built campus that aligns with its academic standards and institutional identity.
The educational complex, situated on a 20,000-square-meter plot owned by KEC, will accommodate up to 1,800 male and female students. Riyadh Schools will deliver high-quality education based on global curricula and modern teaching methods.

The total KEC Riyadh Schools education project deal is valued at SAR 399.32 million, excluding VAT. Annual lease payments start at SAR 13.7 million and will rise progressively over the contract term.
