Abha, Saudi Arabia — Ladun Investment Company signed a SAR 90.46 million contract to develop the Abha Walk project, a new mixed-use retail and office complex in Abha City. The Ladun Abha Walk project will be executed by Belt Industrial, a subsidiary of Ladun, for Arab Markets Company.
In a statement to Tadawul Saudi Arabia, Ladun confirmed that the project will be located along King Fahd Road, a key area in Abha’s growing urban center. The six-floor complex combines retail space on the ground, first, and part of the second floor. Administrative offices will occupy the remainder of the second floor, as well as the third through sixth floors.
The SAR 90 million contract covers construction, architecture, electrical, and mechanical works. Landscaping is also part of the scope, based on approved project designs and specifications.
