Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Saudi Arabia has launched a specialized incubator aimed at accelerating the growth of AI startups, a move that reinforces its ambition to become a regional innovation hub and deepen its digital economy footprint.
The Digital Entrepreneurship Center (CODE), operating under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, unveiled the initiative with participation from 20 AI startups. The program offers a comprehensive ecosystem including advanced technological resources, financial backing, strategic partnerships, and tailored mentorship.
Backed by key partners such as the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the National Technology Development Program (NTDP), the Saudi Company for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI), SambaNova, and BIM Ventures, the initiative runs over four months. It features more than 30 sessions delivered by over 15 seasoned experts.

The incubator is designed to empower innovators and entrepreneurs by transforming ideas into viable technology solutions. It targets individuals passionate about emerging technologies, technical professionals, and decision-makers in the tech sector.
Participants gain access to exclusive benefits, including mentorship, training, financial support from NTDP, digital incentives, co-working spaces, and direct integration into Saudi Arabia’s growing innovation ecosystem.
Strategically, the initiative seeks to close technological gaps through innovative solutions, enable the use of modern technologies in entrepreneurship, and inspire a new generation of AI-driven ventures.
