Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Saudi Arabia has launched a dedicated Saudi AI startup incubator to accelerate the development of emerging artificial intelligence ventures. This initiative reinforces the Kingdom’s ambition to lead the region in innovation and digital entrepreneurship.
The Digital Entrepreneurship Center (CODE), part of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, introduced the incubator with the participation of 20 AI startups. The four-month program combines technical resources, tailored mentorship, strategic partnerships, and financial support.

Developed in partnership with SDAIA, NTDP, SCAI, SambaNova, and BIM Ventures, the incubator includes over 30 expert-led sessions. Participants also benefit from digital incentives, co-working spaces, and integration into the national tech ecosystem.
The program targets technical professionals, decision-makers, and aspiring entrepreneurs. It aims to turn ideas into commercially viable solutions by closing technological gaps. Furthermore, it enables local innovation and expands digital capabilities across industries.
