Jazan Municipality Investment Opens 50 Citywide Opportunities

Jazan, Saudi Arabia — The Jazan Municipality announced 50 new investment opportunities across several locations in the city. It launched the projects through the Municipal Investment Portal “Furas,” inviting investors to apply. This move strengthens the Jazan Municipality investment drive aimed at growing the local economy.

Diverse Projects Across Key Sectors

The investment package includes a wide range of developments. These include transforming a ship-shaped waterfront building into a restaurant and café, as well as offering naming rights for a public beach. It also features a fully enclosed tropical garden and 25 warehouses in the industrial area.

Other projects involve building a fitness and wellness center, operating a market for productive families, and upgrading a sports field in the Al-Qaariah neighborhood. Additionally, the plan covers new parks in Al-Suwais (1 and 2), as well as Masterplans 5 and 7.

The municipality will also develop commercial centers. These include a shopping complex in the Al-Shawajrah housing area and retail projects in the industrial zone, such as car showrooms and mixed-use facilities.

Expanding Urban and Commercial Infrastructure

New projects will rise along Sixty Street and in Masterplan 9. The municipality will also offer licenses for a café on the northern corniche and four kiosks at the Sunset Waterfront. It will add ATM stations across the city under operating contracts.

These developments aim to meet the growing demand for urban services. They also enhance the city’s commercial and recreational landscape.

Boosting Investment Appeal and Economic Growth

Municipal officials confirmed that these opportunities align with the region’s growth strategy. They aim to increase revenue, attract private investors, and support local entrepreneurs. Furthermore, the plan seeks to stimulate the economy and expand public-private collaboration.

The Jazan Municipality investment initiative invites all interested parties to review project details and submit proposals through the official “Furas” portal.
