Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company has announced its plan to issue a US dollar-denominated, fixed-rate, senior, unsecured, Shariah-compliant sukuk under Regulation S.

In a statement to Saudi Tadawul, the company confirmed that it appointed a consortium of international banks as joint lead managers and bookrunners. The group includes Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Alkhair Capital, Al Rayan Investment, Arqaam Capital, Bank ABC, Dubai Islamic Bank, Emirates NBD Capital, First Abu Dhabi Bank, JPMorgan, Mashreq Bank, Sharjah Islamic Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Warba Bank.

Key Details and Timeline

These banks will organize fixed-income investor meetings beginning June 24, 2025. Following these meetings, Dar Al Arkan intends to issue senior, unsecured, fixed-rate sukuk in international markets.

The sukuk will be US dollar-denominated and issued under Regulation S. The process remains subject to regulatory approvals and market conditions.

Proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes. The company emphasized that it will comply with all market standards, including FCA and ICMA stabilization rules.

Dar Al Arkan stated that it will disclose further developments in line with market regulations.
