SPA — With the support of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, eight cooperation agreements were signed during the Saudi Industry Forum 2025 to enhance human capital in the Kingdom’s industrial sector. The agreements aim to strengthen workforce skills using advanced manufacturing technologies and global best practices.
The forum brought together public and private sector leaders to promote industrial workforce development in line with Saudi Arabia’s economic diversification goals.
Saudi Industry Forum 2025 Agreements Drive Workforce Development
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) signed three agreements with:

Lucid Motors,

The National Industrial Training Institute,
-
The Skills Center for Construction Training.
These partnerships aim to enhance technical skills and prepare national talents for careers in advanced industries.
The Riyadh Institute of Technology signed five additional agreements with:

Obeikan Investment Group,

EFSIM Facilities Management,
-
Hidayath Metal Industries,
-
National Industrialization Company (Tasnee),
-
Khalid Al-Dhafer & Brothers.
These collaborations focus on specialized training, workforce readiness, and practical skill-building for the industrial sector.
Saudi Industry Forum Partnerships Expand Technical Education Programs
During the forum, the Ministry also launched several specialized programs designed to align workforce skills with evolving market needs. These included four new master’s degree programs in partnership with King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals:

Master of Science in Industrial Catalysis,

Master of Science in Intelligent Process Control,

Master of Science in Advanced Concrete Structures Materials,
-
Master of Science in Quantum Computing.
Additionally, the National Industrial Academy, in partnership with Riyadh Institute of Technology, Saudi Emar Company, and Tanatel for Youth Training and Development, introduced a diploma program in Furniture Design and Manufacturing.
The Ministry also launched the Future Industrialists initiative in the Eastern Province, in cooperation with the Distinguished Initiatives Association and the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce. This program promotes awareness of the industrial sector and develops students’ manufacturing and innovation skills.
