Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — Sustainable Infrastructure Holding Company (SISCO Holding) has approved cash dividends worth SAR 65.28 million for the 2024 financial year. The approval came during the company’s Extraordinary General Assembly meeting.

In a statement to Tadawul Saudi on Monday, SISCO confirmed the dividend payout. Each shareholder will receive SAR 0.8 per share, which equals 8% of the nominal share value. The total number of eligible shares stands at 81.6 million.

Dividend Distribution and Shareholder Eligibility

Shareholders must own shares at the end of the General Assembly meeting to qualify for dividends. They must also be registered in the company’s shareholder record with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the second trading day after the meeting.

SISCO stated that dividend payments will begin on Sunday, July 20, 2025.

Shareholders also approved giving the Board of Directors the authority to distribute interim dividends. These can be paid semi-annually or quarterly during the 2025 fiscal year.

The decision reflects SISCO’s ongoing efforts to enhance shareholder returns while supporting business growth. The company operates in Saudi Arabia’s logistics and infrastructure sectors, both of which are seen as key areas for national development.

The Saudi Standard’s View: Dividend Consistency Signals Financial Stability

SISCO Holding’s 2024 dividend reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining consistent shareholder returns despite broader market fluctuations. The modest SAR 0.8 per share payout underscores a stable financial position within the Saudi logistics sector.

The General Assembly’s authorization for interim dividends introduces flexibility, enabling SISCO to reward shareholders more frequently. For investors, this reflects cautious confidence in the company’s earnings stability heading into 2025.

While dividend payments are a positive signal, sustained profitability and operational efficiency will remain critical to delivering long-term shareholder value in the future.
