Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Apple has launched its online store and Apple Store app in Saudi Arabia, marking its first fully localized Arabic-language digital retail platform. The move allows Saudi customers to browse and buy Apple’s full product range while receiving localized support and services.

The launch, announced Monday, is a key step in Apple’s Middle East strategy. Customers in the Kingdom can now shop for iPhones, iPads, Macs, and accessories online. They also gain access to Arabic-language support and personalized service for the first time.

Apple’s Senior Vice President of Retail + People, Deirdre O’Brien said, “We are excited to launch the Apple Store online and app in Saudi Arabia, offering customers a new way to shop for Apple’s incredible products and services.”

Arabic Interface and Saudi-Specific Services

Users can access trade-in services, AppleCare+ coverage, and product guidance with the new Apple online store in Saudi Arabia. The platform also includes Arabic-language customer support via chat and phone.

Additional services include free device recycling, interest-free installment plans through Tamara, and easy migration. Apple is offering a back-to-school deal through September 30 to mark the launch. Students, educators, and parents can receive free AirPods or accessories with qualifying purchases.

First Flagship Stores to Open in 2026

Apple also announced plans to open its first physical stores in Saudi Arabia in 2026. These include a flagship location in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The move follows earlier investments, including the launch of the Apple Developer Academy in 2021.

These developments highlight Apple’s growing presence in the Kingdom and its commitment to customizing experiences for Arabic-speaking users.
