Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — The Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) has launched the Jeddah Islamic Port LRX service, operated by CMA CGM. This new shipping route connects Jeddah to Latakia (Syria), Iskenderun, and Mersin (Turkey), as well as Beirut (Lebanon). It marks a significant expansion of Saudi Arabia’s maritime network. It strengthens Jeddah’s role as a key logistics hub on the Red Sea.
